Em\u00edlia graduated in Hospitality, Catering and Beverages Management and had her premiere in France at the Loire Valley<\/em>. <\/ em> She returned to Portugal, took the Sommelier course and assumed the position of Dinning Room’s Assistant and Scout in Quinta das L\u00e1grimas <\/ em>. She went through Conrad Algarve <\/ em> and by Mesa de Lemos <\/ em> already as Ma\u00eetre and Sommmelier, where she expanded much of his knowledge about wines. She also did a WSET Level 2 <\/ em> and went on to the LOCO determined to surrender to a team that made her “feel at home”.<\/p>\n

She loves the wines of Bairrada <\/em>and loves all the regions in general. It’s one of the faces of Loco’s work!<\/p>\n
