He debuted at <em> Le Meridien <\/em>and quickly improved his taste for customer contact. In 2007, he was at<em><em> Yasmin , <\/em><\/em>where he met chef<em><em><em>\u00a0Alexandre Silva, <\/em><\/em><\/em>who invited him to join his team when he took over the leadership of <em>Bocca<\/em>. It has helped the restaurant in the conquest by the Golden Fork, a place in the Michelin Guide and 6 stars by <em>Time Out<\/em>. He went on with the <em>chef<\/em>\u00a0to the opening of <em>M\u00e1rmoris Alentejo<\/em>, and in 2014 he was at <em>Hist\u00f3ria da Casa da Comida<\/em>.
