In LOCO we recovered this ritual \u2013 now labelled as \u201cslow coffee\u201d &#8211; with our own blend, created in partnership with the coffee house Bettina &amp; Niccol\u00f2 Corallo. After several attempts and experiments, we have created the final blend. With coffee grains from Ethiopia, Rwanda and Brazil, the result is a blend is inspired in the Portuguese coffee from the former colonies.
