Sunday is not synonymous with rest, at least not at LOCO. Every Sunday, a team member is challenged to present a project, which can be an idea, a technique, an ingredient, an innovation … We are all invited to listen, to prove and to criticize. If there is a positive result, it can be immediately integrated into that day’s dinner.

In the projects already presented there were curry cheeses, lactose-free and with citrus fruits, nuka, cottage cheese ice cream, clarified banana juice with amylase and pear cooked in calviva, among others.

We are all called to participate, to create, to comment on the work of colleagues and to open doors to news, improvements and surprises. Innovation does not stop and there is room for everything. Every Sunday, it rains news at LOCO.
