Emília – Our Sommelier

Emília graduated in Hospitality, Catering and Beverages Management and had her premiere in France at the Loire Valley. She returned to Portugal, took the Sommelier course and assumed the position of Dinning Room’s Assistant and Scout in Quinta das Lágrimas . She went through Conrad Algarve and by Mesa de Lemos already as Maître and Sommmelier, where she expanded much of his knowledge about wines. She also did a WSET Level 2 and went on to the LOCO determined to surrender to a team that made her “feel at home”.

She loves the wines of Bairrada and loves all the regions in general. It’s one of the faces of Loco’s work!
